Refunds and cancellation

Once a session you paid for has been completed, it cannot be refunded.

You can withdraw any unused money in your wallet at any time: write to [email protected] from the email address on your account and say how much you want to withdraw and how you would like to receive it. Money already spent on a completed session is not part of your withdrawable balance.
